MBR Treatment Capacity Expansion
- Provide modifications to existing membrane bioreactors (MBRs)
- Furnish/install new membrane units in existing MBR basins 2A and 2B
- Construction of a new concrete sludge holding tank
- Furnish/install new dewatering centrifuge/conveyor in existing solids dewatering building
- Other piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation/control improvements to connect new/upgraded facilities to the existing plant system
Headworks Improvements
- Construction of a new elevated structure to support a pair of rotary drum screens and associated screenings dewatering units
- Modification to the existing headworks structure including demolition of the existing screening equipment
- Replacement of the existing odor control system serving the existing headworks structure
- Associated site, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation improvements to tie the new systems into the existing treatment facility
