• Construction of a portion of the $730 million, 12.5 mile extension of I-355 between I-55 and I-80
• New construction of mainline Open Road Tolling Plaza #99
• Three ORT lanes and three cash lanes in each direction
• New control and annex buildings with walkway
• New Illinois State Police Sub Station
• Overhead toll collection structure, toll booths, loop detectors and I-PASS equipment
• Pavement markings
• Construction of Ramp Toll Collection plazas at eight locations
• Construction of maintenance facility at mainline Open Road Tolling Plaza
• Installation of four dynamic message signs providing instantaneous travel information
• Installation of a video surveillance system and a real time traffic monitoring system for the entire 12.5 mile Tollway extension
